What someone sees after tapping the link a person in their group texted them. It reads as the organizer's proposal: their note first, then the idea with a calendar, once the schedule is set, when plans change, and what happens next. The switch above each phone shows the same link after the organizer opens joining. Tap a group on any page to see it from that person's side: their weeks in the rotation, their turn in the draft, their share in Match.
Taking turns
a rotation the group already uses
Proposal · Oregon Coast House
I set this up with the order we already use, so nothing about whose week is whose changes. It just means one place to see it, and trades that don't get lost in the group text. Does it look right to you?
Dan
The idea
We take turns, a week at a time. One week is set aside for the Murphys.

Once the schedule is set
When plans change
What it costs
Free for a year, then $119 a year for the house, about $40 each.
What happens next
Once we've talked it over, you can join from this link.
The calendar is the real preview from setup, and tapping your group answers "what do I get?" in one tap. Anything about how the group did it before stays in Dan's own words.
Draft
a group that picks each year
Proposal · Tahoe Cabin
Same draft we do every spring, just not on a spreadsheet. The order still flips each round, and you can pick when your turn comes instead of all being on the phone at once.
Priya
The idea
We take turns picking our time, round by round.

Same idea as Match: change the month and the grid shows which pick took each week. The pick numbers explain themselves, so there's no commentary. Tap a week in either the grid or the calendar to find it in the other.
SplitHaus Match
four friends, no draft night
Proposal · Sun Valley Condo
No more 40-message thread. We each rate the weeks, and it works out a split that gives everyone their share, with the weeks we care about most first.
Marcus
The idea
We each rate the weeks, from Must have to Can't go. When some of us want the same week, SplitHaus weighs our ratings so we each get weeks we want.

Change the month and the grid shows the ratings behind that month's schedule. Tap a week in either one to find it in the other. One small grid shows ratings becoming a schedule: each row is a group's ratings, and the ✓ marks the week they got. Two groups wanted the holiday week, and both still got a week they wanted.
What changed in this pass
No title. The organizer's note is the headline. Every generated title sounded like SplitHaus or a slogan, so the page opens with "Proposal · [house]" and then the note, set large. Nothing to edit or get wrong.
It reads as a proposal, not a pitch. it's written as "we" and "our," and SplitHaus appears only as "Made with SplitHaus" at the end.
Only what setup knows. SplitHaus doesn't know a group's history, so generated lines never claim it. Setup has no "we already use this order" answer for a rotation, so there's no "What stays the same" section. Anything about the past is in the organizer's own note.
Agreeing and joining are separate. While the organizer is proposing, the page ends with "What happens next": once we've talked it over, they'll open it up and you can join from the same link. No button, so nobody commits alone and nobody is the visible holdout. When the organizer turns joining on (a switch the organizer already has), a Join button moves to the top of the same page, with "Join the Oregon Coast House," or "Join as the Steads" after you tap your group. The proposal stays below for reference. Use the switch above each phone to see both.
A way to look, not a way to answer back. A quiet link under the ending, "See how else SplitHaus can work," opens the homepage demo of every sharing style. Someone who likes SplitHaus but not this plan can bring "what about a draft?" to the conversation. There's no counter-proposal feature, on purpose. It also reaches people who may want SplitHaus for a house of their own.
The tap prompt only promises what's real: "see your weeks" on the rotation (a real preview), "see your turn" on the draft (the real pick order), "see your weeks" on Match (how many weeks you get). The draft and Match calendars stay labelled as examples. Nothing is dimmed until you tap a name.
Every page shows the calendar. After a draft or a Match run, the calendar is what everyone lives in, so each page shows it: a preview for the rotation, and a labelled example for the draft and Match. Tapping your group lights up your color on all three.
Still proposals. No deadlines, no draft night, no years. The calendar is a labelled preview.
